As a full-time Mall Security employee, you will patrol the upscale Yorkville Village, ensuring adherence to security protocols while engaging with clientele and staff. Your role is pivotal in documenting incidents, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a professional image that reflects Paladin’s commitment to safety. With your experience in security or related fields, you will contribute to a secure setting for shoppers and retailers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular security patrols in all weather conditions
• Maintain communication with dispatch and site staff




• Document security incidents and customer complaints
• Coordinate emergency responses as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security License and Driver’s License
• First Aid & CPR Level C certification
• Prior experience in supervisory or law enforcement
• Certification in Use of Force (UOF)
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
