The ideal candidate offers at least 10 years of experience in residential or commercial projects and strong leadership skills. You will manage multiple projects, ensuring they adhere to budgets and timelines while mentoring teams for effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver multiple concurrent projects on schedule and budget • Own project financial performance and budget oversight • Maintain detailed project cost plans and financial forecasts • Lead contract negotiation and change order management • Supervise project quality assurance and control efforts

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in relevant field or equivalent experience • Minimum 10 years in construction project leadership • Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and safety regulations • Experience with modular and prefabricated construction • Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license for site travel
