About Total LifeTotal Life is a national behavioral health platform built specifically for older adults. We connect people to licensed therapists across 49+ states, and we take Original Medicare Part B — billed directly, so most of our clients pay nothing out of pocket. We were founded in 2021 after our CEO, Neelam Brar, watched her own mother struggle to get adequate mental health support during a hard stretch of her life. That experience is still the reason this company exists. Here's the hard part of the job, and the interesting part: our clients are 65+, but the person who finds us is often a 45-year-old daughter at 11pm googling "how do I help my mom", or a22-year-old grandkid who noticed grandpa stopped calling. Three generations. Three completely different scroll behaviors. One message that has to land with all of them. That's your creative canvas. What you'll actually doMake a lot of video.Short-form for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. Long-form for YouTuber and paid. Talk-to-camera, voiceover-over-b-roll, testimonial-style, founder-led, UGC-style, animated explainer — whatever the hook demands. We’'re not looking for one format. We’'re looking for volume, range, and speed.Write hooks that stop a scroll about a topic people avoid. "Therapy for seniors" is nota hook. "My mom hasn't left the housein six weeks and I live 2,000 miles away " is. You'll write the scripts, not just shoot them.Build the funnel behind every video. This is the part that separates this role from a normal content gig. A video is the top of a machine you also build: hook → landing page or lead magnet → email/SMS sequence → booked call. You'll wire that yourself inMake.ComandHubSpot— forms,
workflows, lists, lifecycle stages, UTM discipline, the whole thing. If a video pops and the funnel behind it leaks, that's on you to find and fix.Track outcomes, not vanity.Views are a leading indicator. We care about cost per lead, lead-to-booked rate, and booked-to-attended. You'll own a dashboard, know your numbers cold, and be able to tell us which of last week's 12 posts is worth $5,000 in spend and which three to kill.Ship fast and iterate faster. Our cadence is weekly, not quarterly. You'll post, read the data, cut new variants of what worked, and run it again. A rough edit that ships Tuesday beats a beautiful one that ships in three weeks.Edit everything yourself.Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, After Effects — we don't care which, we care that you're quick and that captions, pacing, and sound design are second nature. You're probably a fit ifYou have a reel or portfolio ofshort-form video you personally made that performed— and you can tell us exactly why each one workedYou've built and launched at least onefull funnel end to end : creative → landing page → automation → conversionYou're genuinely comfortable inHubSpot(workflows, forms, lists, reporting) andMake.Comor a comparable automation tool (Zapier, n8n)You can write. Hooks, scripts, email copy,
ad copy — all of itYou read analytics without being asked and change your plan because of themYou can produce10+ finished assets a weekwithout the wheels coming offYou have taste in a category that usually has none — this space is full of stock-photo seniors laughing at salad, and we refuse to be thatYou've made content for or about older adults, caregivers, or healthcare — or you've lived the caregiving experience yourselfPaid social experience: you understand what makes a creative work as an ad, not just organicallyMotion graphics, sound design, or a strong design eyeYou've worked with creators, or you've been the creator on cameraWhat the first 90 days look likeDays 1–30— Learn the audience. Ship your first 20 pieces. Get one complete funnel live end to end and instrumented.Days 31–60— Establish a repeatable weekly production rhythm. Identify the three hook formats that outperform, and build variant systems around them.Days 61–90— Own a channel P&L; view: cost per lead and lead‑to‑booked by content theme, with a clear point of view on where the next dollar goes. Why this role is worth your timeYou’ll have creative control, real budget behind the winners, and direct access to leadership — no six-layer approval chain for a caption change. This is a small team where marketing decisions get made in the same room they get executed in.And the work matters in a way that’s easy to explain at dinner. The video you cut on a Thursday afternoon is the reason someone's grandmother talks to a therapist for the first time in her life.#J-18808-Ljbffr
