Lead financial operations at Symbotic as a Regional Controller in Toronto, Canada. In this remote role, oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance for Canadian operations while collaborating with Corporate teams.
As the Regional Controller, you will play a pivotal role within Symbotic's Finance organization. You’ll be responsible for financial reporting and ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations, tax obligations, and labor laws. This strategic position requires strong leadership and partnership with various departments to drive business decisions that support Symbotic’s growth in Canada.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage Canadian tax and regulatory reporting requirements • Lead month-end, quarter-end,
and year-end close activities • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations • Ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards • Support external audits and ERP initiatives
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Minimum of 8 years related experience • CPA designation preferred • Robust knowledge of Canadian regulations • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
