This full-time permanent role involves leading the implementation and improvement of the Hospital's quality management and Point of Care Testing programs. You will report to the Integrated Director of Laboratory Services while collaborating with various hospital and laboratory personnel. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain quality management systems
• Monitor quality indicators and prepare management reports
• Coordinate quality control for POCT devices




• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements
• Facilitate training and orientation for new staff
Requirements:
• Graduate of a Medical Laboratory Technologist program
• Current registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario
• Point of Care Testing Specialist Certificate
• Minimum two years in Quality Management and POCT
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
