Provide expert advice and guidance to management, staff and internal and external stakeholders about business process management, Lean Six Sigma regarding the identification, improvement, and sustainment of process improvement initiative (DMAIC) Use analytical and quantitative methods to assess, design and implement process optimization opportunities to better connect, streamline and simplify cross-functional operations.
