Your role involves collaborating with contractors, managing service records, and ensuring compliance with Alberta safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor building automation systems for optimal performance
• Perform minor HVAC, mechanical, and electrical repairs
• Address tenant requests related to comfort and repairs




• Coordinate contractors and document service records
• Mentor junior operators and be part of the on-call rotation
Requirements:
• Minimum three years in commercial building operations
• Valid 4th Class Power Engineer or Building Operator Certificate
