The role is well suited to someone who communicates professionally, takes ownership of tasks and enjoys helping people while working in a growing consulting environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to client, candidate and business-partner enquiries in a timely and professional mannerCoordinate meetings, calls, appointments and follow-up activitiesSupport the preparation and formatting of proposals, presentations, reports and other client materialsMaintain accurate client, candidate and project-related recordsTrack outstanding requests, documents and agreed actionsAssist with consultant onboarding, interview coordination and general recruitment administrationSupport website, LinkedIn and other business communication activities when requiredWork closely with Stralent's leadership and consulting team to provide a responsive and professional client experiencePerform general administrative and coordination duties that support the effective operation of the businessQualifications and ExperienceDiploma or degree in business, communications, marketing, administration or a related fieldPrevious experience in customer service, client support, administration, business development support or another client-facing role is preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional and confident telephone, email and online-meeting mannerGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint,
