CDW is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II to develop technology solutions that enhance business processes. This role emphasizes leadership in software development across complex projects in a collaborative workplace.

In this role, you will lead software development initiatives and serve as a technical expert for both small and large scale projects. With focus on object and data modeling, database design, and programming, you will also contribute to application architecture planning to ensure efficiency and scalability. You are expected to meet software quality assurance (SQA) standards and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage software development life cycle stages • Collaborate on project requirements and resource estimates • Develop high-level system designs and UI prototypes • Ensure compliance with CDW coding standards • Conduct code reviews and implement automated review tools

Requirements: • 7 years of Development experience or 11 years in IT • Proficiency in Visualforce, APEX, and Web Services • Experience with Azure DevOps and GIT • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to coach and build relationships across departments
