This position is responsible for loan administration, monitoring and servicing activities, amortization schedule management, operational reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with Portfolio Management, Finance, Legal, Risk, Technology,



and Operations teams to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of loan servicing activities while contributing to the enhancement of operational processes and controls. This role is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented professional with a passion for innovation, automation, and operational excellence.Your responsibilities:Administer and monitor a portfolio of private debt investments across Canada, ensuring compliance with loan agreements, lender requirements, and internal policies.Support funding activities, repayments, renewals, amendments, extensions, restructurings, and other loan servicing events.Maintain accurate and complete loan records within servicing and portfolio management systems.Perform reconciliations and data validation activities to support portfolio monitoring, reporting, and operational controls.Create, maintain, and update amortization schedules in accordance with approved loan terms and servicing instructions.Calculate, validate, and reconcile interest accruals, principal balances,
