Maarut is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to understand MECP Registration and Permit workflows, write user stories and specifications, develop Figma prototypes, and coordinate QA and UAT with Ministry users. You will groom the backlog and liaise with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
Requires robust data analysis, SQL, and experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Visio is expected.
