Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for a Data Entry Operator - Advanced to review, verify, and process 5-20+ cases daily through multiple systems while maintaining strict accuracy, compliance, and clear communication with colleagues on escalations and complex issues. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

Typical Day in role:

This role involves balancing independent, detail-oriented case processing with cross-team collaboration, where you systematically review, verify, and process 5-20+ cases daily through multiple systems while maintaining strict accuracy, compliance, and clear communication with colleagues on escalations and complex issues.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management

Education

- 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent OR High school diploma or equivalent
