Job Overview:

Domus Building Cleaning Company Ltd.islooking for qualifiedDaytime Working Supervisorfor an immediateposition located withinthe Ottawa area. Domus has been in operation forover 50 years with more than 600 employees in multiple provinces and has anexcellent reputation as a janitorial services provider.





Duties and Responsibilities:

- Supervise, coordinate, and plan thework of employees

- Conduct monthly inspections of thefacilities (including monitoring inventory and supplies)

- Ensure the proper maintenance of allcleaning equipment

- Cleaning duties including but notlimited to; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing

- Completing orientation and trainingof all recent staff

- Complete and submit time-offrequests, disciplinary reports, accident reports, and other supervisor

- Recommend or arrange for additionalservices required such as floor waxing, carpet cleaning, or

- Monitor and maintain Domus standardsof cleanliness

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Supervisorexperience within the cleaning industry (commercial, industrial, or office)

- Advancedreading, writing, and communication skills

- PhysicalAbilities: standing, kneeling, walking up to 8 hrs a day
