We are seeking a financial leader who can combine strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong people leadership.Responsibilities:EOS Leadership Team ResponsibilitiesServe as an active member of our EOS Leadership Team.Attend weekly L10, Quarterly and Annual EOS meetings.Participate in short term and long term company strategic planning and goal setting.Monitor and report on key financial metrics and organizational performance.Collaborate with department managers to support financial accountability throughout the organization.Lead, mentor, and hold Finance Department employees accountable.Foster a positive,
