Lead the Development Engineering team at WhiteWater, driving innovation and excellence in product development. This full-time managerial role in Richmond, BC involves mentorship, resource planning, and project ownership. As the Manager/Team Lead, you will support engineers and designers, ensuring the balance of workloads and effective execution of projects following the Stage-Gate process.

- Lead and develop a team of engineers and designers
- Support team through feedback and mentorship
- Allocate resources across active projects
- Monitor workload and resolve resource conflicts
- Serve as escalation point for project concerns Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years in engineering leadership
- Experience with product development and project management
- Registered Skilled Engineer (P.Eng. or P.E.) preferred
