With your extensive technician experience, you’ll maintain building systems, providing quality service and ensuring residents enjoy well-kept facilities. Your commitment will build better communities and support our growth across Western Canada and Ontario. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain structural integrity through minor repairs
- Address maintenance requests within 48 hours
- Ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
- Communicate updates effectively to residents Requirements:
- Experience as a Facilities Technician
- Robust customer service orientation
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- Class 5 Driver's License and access to transportation
