Position Summary - TheSnowboard Instructor is responsible for providing protected, engaging, and effectivesnowboard instruction to guests of all ages and abilities, within theinstructor’s level of training and certification. The position focuses ondelivering quality lessons while creating a positive, welcoming, and enjoyableexperience for all guests.

Pay for this position is $18.25 per hour.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

- Delivered private and group snowboard lessons to guests of varyingages and skill levels.
- Assisted fellow instructors with larger groups to ensure safe,effective, and engaging lessons.
- Assisted with Terrain Park maintenance and setup under the directionand supervision of Mountain Operations.
- Providedsupport to Mountain Operations and Ski Patrol with various duties andoperational tasks as required.
- Assisted with Snow School Office operations, including guest serviceand administrative tasks, as needed.
- Worked collaboratively with the Ski School and Mountain Operationsteams to support daily hill operations.
- Performed additional duties and assignments as required.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

- Experienceteaching and working with children as young as three years old.
- Abilityto work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and varying weatherconditions.
- Successfulcompletion of a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check, asrequired for positions working directly with minors.
- CASILevel 1 Snowboard Instructor certification or an equivalent recognized ski orsnowboard instructor qualification.
