About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator. This role offers the opportunity work under robust HR leadership within a progressive Employee-centric environment. Responsibilities

• Contribute to recruitment efforts by managing job descriptions, postings; screening resumes and sourcing candidates


• Participate in orientation and onboarding of all new staff


• Maintain corporate Human Resources Policy and Procedure documentation


• Act as the first point of contact for inquiries from current employees


• Maintain employee records including performance management, professional development and memberships

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources


• A minimum of one year of relevant experience or equivalent






• Strong technical skills with experience using an HRIS would be considered an asset


• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal effectively with employees


• Bilingualism (English/French)

About the Job

This role is a full time, contract position offering a salary of $23.00 per hour for six months. The client is largely in office and is conveniently located in the downtown core with access to public transit.
