Medcan is seeking a Director of Fitness to drive strategic growth and operational excellence across all locations in Canada. You’ll own the Fitness P&L; and partner with Product, Growth, Marketing, Digital, Clinical, and Operations leaders to deliver revenue, utilization, retention, and engaging programs.

You will lead Fitness operations, develop cutting-edge programming, and manage capacity planning to provide an exceptional member experience and sustained business performance.
