Victoria Park Medispa, a quick-growing Canadian leader in aesthetics and wellness, is looking for an In-House Counsel to join its Westmount head office.

Reporting to the CFO, you'll be the company's sole in-house legal counsel, working closely with senior leadership on M&A; transactions, commercial agreements and day-to-day legal matters. With an ambitious expansion strategy, particularly outside Quebec, you'll play a key role in the company's growth across Canada.

We're looking for a confident, business-minded lawyerwho enjoys advising decision-makers,



anticipating legal risks and finding practical solutions. Resourceful and proactive, you understand that great legal advice isn't just about managing risk - it's about enabling business.

The essentials:Member of the Quebec Bar, 5-8 years of business law experience, and fluency in French and English.
