The incumbent leads business analysis, discovery, process design and operational readiness activities; translates business needs into clear requirements for system and process changes; and drives assigned workstreams and deliverables. The role contributes to the successful execution of Global HR Operations priorities while ensuring activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. In this role, you will: Support projects through the end-to-end lifecycle, including discovery, business impact assessments, stakeholder facilation, requirements definition and documentation, process mapping, RACI development, solution walkthroughs, testing and defect management, training and communications, implementation, and operational readiness.



Plan and facilitate business stakeholder sessions, including user discovery and requirements gathering. Create clear and comprehensive business requirements documentation that defines business needs, functional requirements, process impacts, and expected outcomes for system and process changes. Develop and execute test cases, validate results, document findings, and support the tracking and resolution of defects. Support operational readiness for current or changed solutions, including impact assessments, testing, procedures, controls, training, communications, and transition to operations. Develop and coordinate training and communications to support implementation, adoption, and successful transition to operations. Support day-to-day operational procedures, including the Request for Information (RFI) process, coordinating requests across relevant stakeholders and partnering with Privacy Advisory groups to ensure employee privacy considerations are appropriately assessed and addressed.
