Become an integral part of TC Energy's Operations Planning West team as an Engineer. You will provide operational support and hydraulic capacity analysis for our NGTL and Foothills gas pipeline systems.
This role is ideal for an EIT or Engineer passionate about the natural gas industry. You will engage in planning operations, scheduling maintenance, and performing analytical assignments. Collaborate with diverse teams and gain insights into the Canadian regulated pipeline business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and support NGTL and Foothills pipeline systems operations
• Schedule maintenance activities with various departments
• Prepare and review pipeline maintenance procedures
• Conduct independent studies and analysis in real-time
• Optimize capacity using pipeline hydraulic simulation models
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Registered or eligible for registration with APEGA
• 4-8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in operational roles preferred
• Knowledge of gas pipeline hydraulics beneficial
