- Own and implement enterprise HSE management systems
- Develop and report HSE KPIs for leadership oversight




- Lead onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Drive performance management and recognition framework
- Ensure compliance with Ontario employment standards Requirements:
- 5+ years in HSE within heavy industry
- Degree in safety, HR, or related field
- Strong knowledge of OHSA, WHMIS, and WSIB
- Proven leadership in compliance and HR initiatives
