Syntronic Production Services Canada in Ottawa is seeking a Production Engineering Director to drive manufacturing from NPI through reliable, high-volume production. You will set process standards, equipment strategy, and methods to meet cost, quality and schedule targets.

You will lead multiple engineering teams, own Cp/Cpk improvements, and coordinate with Quality, Design, and Supply Chain to deliver reliable, scalable production solutions.
