Brookfield Internal Audit in Toronto is seeking a Director to lead the ICFR program and oversee the end-to-end internal controls framework across Brookfield Asset Management. You will guide a team of audit professionals and collaborate with senior leaders to assess risks, improve controls, and drive assurance across diverse businesses.

This role requires 8+ years in audit, solid knowledge of SOX, US GAAP, and a proven record of mentoring staff.
