Title: Document Review Specialist

Duration: 6 Months contract (extension possible)

Introduction

The Document and File Review Analyst supports the accurate and timely review of lending documents and related files. The analyst completes assigned reviews, identifies documentation issues, maintains accurate data, and works with internal partners to address routine inquiries in accordance with established procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in Client Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Explicit verbal and written communication skills in a business environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a team environment.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.





Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Office experience.
- Banking/Financial experience.
- A post-secondary degree in a related field is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Complete assigned investigations, tasks, reports, and file review assessments accurately and within established timelines.
- Organize documents, gather required information, and verify that lending files are accurate, complete, and ready for review.
- Work with team members to identify and resolve documentation errors, irregularities, and review findings.
