Lead and nurture children's spiritual growth as the Children’s Ministry Coordinator at Hope Community Covenant Church. Create a vibrant, Christ-centered environment for ages 0-12, involving families and volunteers.
In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with the Lead Pastor and various stakeholders to structure programming and activities for children from birth through Grade 6. You will recruit and mentor volunteers while implementing engaging curricula that instills faith and solid family values. Support family ministry initiatives and enhance community outreach through special events and communication with parents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Sunday programming for children ages 0-12
• Recruit and train volunteers, ensuring policy compliance
• Implement approved curriculum and teaching series




• Communicate and equip families for home discipleship
• Manage supplies, budget recommendations, and Safe Ministry documentation
Requirements:
• Demonstrates a growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Experience with children and volunteers preferred
• Organized, relational, and dependable leadership
• Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check required
• First Aid certification preferred
