Duration: 06+ Months We are seeking a skilled ERP Programmer Analyst with expertise in PeopleSoft at Level 3 to join our team. This role requires a Secret clearance and involves working on complex PeopleSoft environments to deliver productive solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer and PeopleTools.
- Strong technical design and architecture skills.
- Experience in developing PeopleSoft customizations and configuration-based solutions.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve PeopleSoft application issues.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM modules and functional advisory.
- Experience with PS Query, XML Publisher, BI Publisher, SQR, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Analyze PeopleSoft Application Designer projects to identify dependencies.
- Assess existing PeopleTools versions and recommend upgrades.
- Develop technical designs and specifications for PeopleSoft solutions.
