- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Prepare budget and hard-bid estimates

- Analyze trade bids for scope gaps
- Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in related field
- 1–3 years (junior) or 3–5+ years (intermediate) of estimating experience
- Strong Excel skills and take-off software experience
