As a crucial part of CLH, you will oversee technology operations at our facilities. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will manage hardware, communication technology, and provide technical support. Your role also includes application management, MDM oversight, and collaboration with service providers on infrastructure issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee IT hardware and communication systems across facilities
• Provide frontline IT troubleshooting and technical support
• Serve as subject matter expert for new application implementations




• Maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation
• Report and analyze IT activities to identify improvement opportunities
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven IT support experience with troubleshooting skills
• Familiar with MDM platforms and telecom providers
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and secure documentation
• Valid G class driver’s license and vehicle access
