- Help crews load equipment and strategize daily
- Check in with crews to set and reinforce goals
- Approve daily schedules prepared by the Schedule Coordinator
- Enforce company standards for trucks and equipment
- Ensure project hours remain under budget
- Coach crew members for development
- Minimize rework and callbacks on projects Requirements:
- Landscaping and hardscaping experience
- Robust leadership and management skills
- Comfort with field and administrative tasks
