Responsibilities

- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze financial results, identify key variances, and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Prepare financial models, management reports, and performance analysis.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting financial schedules.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure accuracy of financial information.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A;
- 3+ years of experience in accounting; journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close
- Large ERP experience (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Workday, MS Dynamics)
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling.
