Responsibilities

- Create eye-catching floral arrangements tailored to customer preferences and occasions
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering expert advice on flower choices, care, and complementary products
- Maintain fresh inventory by handling flower deliveries, organizing stock, and ensuring optimal presentation
- Assist with merchandising displays to highlight seasonal themes and promote sales opportunities
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and e-commerce orders
- Support landscape maintenance tasks around the store to enhance overall aesthetic appeal




- Communicate effectively with team members and customers in multiple languages if applicable to ensure a positive shopping experience

Requirements

- Proven experience in floral design, gardening, or horticulture preferred but not mandatory; a passion for plants is essential
- Robust organizational skills to manage inventory, display setups, and customer orders efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
- Familiarity with retail sales processes, cashiering, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms for online order fulfillment is advantageous
- Knowledge of social media platforms and techniques to create attractive and attention grabbing posts an advantage

Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour
