What you'll do Build and improve the matching engine using ML models and embeddings Design and maintain data pipelines that feed model training and product features Ship LLM-powered features into the product using frontier models Own evals and monitoring so models don't silently degrade Work directly with founders to identify the highest-leverage AI bets You Proven track record across ML, data engineering, or AI systems in production Experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG,
