Pharmasave #405 is seeking a Full time Front Store Manager to join our team in Langenburg, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead front store operations and support strategic business goals.

-Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, and employee performance in collaboration with HR.

-Oversee cash handling, banking, store opening/closing procedures, and security protocols.

-Manage inventory, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and cycle counts.

-Monitor store performance, control shrinkage, and ensure compliance with company policies.

-Support the Store Operator/Pharmacy Manager with daily operations and business initiatives.

Qualifications

-Minimum 2 years of retail management experience preferred.

-Proven leadership and team development skills.

-Strong communication, customer service,



and conflict-resolution abilities.

-Valid driver's licence required.

-Criminal Record Check required.

Schedule

-Full-time, 40 hours per week.

-Store hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

-Occasional Saturday shifts required.
