Based in Vancouver, Northland Properties Corporation is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their dynamic Resorts Accounting Team.

This full-time position is pivotal, reporting to the Controller, and involves full-cycle accounting duties, from preparing tax remittances to supporting audits. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining effective internal controls and engaging with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full cycle accounting functions ensuring timely accuracy
- Prepare and submit government tax remittances




- Perform periodic bank account reconciliations
- Liaise with management on accounting issues
- Support external financial audits and tax filings Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in accounting or finance required
- CPA designation, or equivalent needed
- 3-4 years in full-cycle accounting
- Strong GAAP understanding and financial analysis skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Join Northland Properties and enhance our Resorts' financial procedures while advancing your career in a collaborative team.
