- Manage daily operations of one condominium property
- Create and oversee the budget for the Condominium Corporation
- Chair Board of Directors meetings and AGMs
- Prepare reports and AGM packages for board meetings
- Coordinate repair recommendations and oversee trades Requirements:
- Valid CMRAO Limited or General License
- 2+ years in Condominium Property Management
- Proficient in Buildium and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication skills for board meetings
