Lead summer camping programs as a Full-Time Day Camp Coordinator at the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario in Sudbury. Plan, develop, and ensure participant satisfaction through engaging camp activities. The YMCA of Northeastern Ontario is seeking a dedicated Day Camp Coordinator.

This full time contract role spans eight months, focusing on organizing day camp programs across Durham, Espanola, and Elliot Lake. You'll ensure that all logistics, staffing, and participant queries are effectively managed while maintaining the highest standards of safety and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and develop day camp programs according to YMCA standards
- Manage operations at Sudbury, Espanola, and Elliot Lake sites




- Communicate with guardians and staff regarding program inquiries
- Assist in recruiting staff and volunteers for camps
- Complete staff evaluations and incident reports promptly Requirements:
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) required
- Minimum of two years in a supervisory role
- National Lifeguard certification in good standing
- Strong communication and computer skills
