About the OpportunityThe Implementation Consultant participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager, and may lead one or more activities. Project responsibilities include; gathering customer requirements, configuring the Dayforce solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to Associate Consultants, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager. The Consultant may also deliver Organizational Readiness consulting in support of Dayforce's Organizational Readiness toolkit.Location: Work is what you do, not where you go. For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in Metro ManilaWhat You'll Get to DoDocument and validate customer's business requirements and map to Dayforce functionalityConfigure Dayforce application to meet customer's documented business requirementsConduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) and document with meeting minutesAttend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverablesProvide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertiseDevelop SQL database scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfacesBe a "go-to" resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external usersWork with customers to implement Dayforce Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout of the Dayforce solutionDocument solutions and contribute to a solutions repositoryDocument best practices and share with the PracticeContribute to internal knowledge share; review posted feedback on a continuous basis and respond to questionsComplete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product releaseSkills and Experience We ValueBachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in human capital management application consultingExperience in change management an assetExperience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing workplace including experience with HRIS SystemsAbility to effectively implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solutionUnderstanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practicesUnderstanding of different industries and how Dayforce implementation best practices apply to the customer's business practicesAbility to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage prioritiesExcellent organization, communication and collaboration skillsAbility to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessionsAbility and willingness to travel to customer sites as neededWhat Would Make You Really Stand OutExperience with one or more of the following applications: SalesForce.Com, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, PeopleSoft, Dayforce (preferred)Experience in business process mappingBasic understanding of relational databases and SQL an assetAbility to work under pressure and with a tight timeline.Working on EST Timezone shift.
