Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations after hours and during weekends
• Direct and support client-centered relationships

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with a nursing degree or diploma
• 3-5 years of supervisory/leadership experience
• Experience in mental health and geriatrics is an asset
• Availability for shift work, including weekends
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
