Join Our Team We are seeking a Regional Manager, Pre-Kindergarten to join our Child Care team. The Regional Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery and expansion of quality Pre-Kindergarten programs and services for their region. The Regional Manager, Pre-Kindergarten is also responsible for providing subject matter expertise (SME) support to the YMCA. They will provide direct leadership, support, and supervision to Pre-Kindergarten staff (including administrative staff) and volunteers. You would be responsible for overseeing the quality of program delivery, facilities/equipment and regulatory and stakeholder relationships. Access to a vehicle and a valid Newfoundland driver’s license is required for this position, as there is travel involved. This is an in person position based out of St. John’s at our Child Care office. Job Requirements Early Childhood Education with Level 3 Preschool, Pre-K, School Age (preferred) however; Level 2 Preschool, Pre-K, School Age will be considered based on centre based experience Experience working in early learning and child care environments Experience with licensing policies, regulations and supervising staff Ability to work a flexible schedule Child Care Management experience Experience in scheduling, program development,
