As a Host at Fit4Less, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer and membership services while ensuring the gym remains clean and welcoming. This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or ongoing education, along with at least one year of teamwork or volunteer experience. You will engage with members, support their inquiries, and promote amenities while ensuring a clean workout area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Welcome members and guests warmly upon entry
• Educate customers on memberships and benefits
• Address and report any concerns or incidents promptly
• Complete daily and weekly cleanliness tasks on schedule
Requirements:
• High School diploma or in progress
• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification preferred
• Effective time management skills
