Alter Ego seeks an experienced HR generalist to transform practices into easy, documented, reusable processes in a manufacturing, unionized environment. You will lead payroll configuration reviews, design compensation scales, and standardize hiring, onboarding, and documentation workflows.You will support management with day-to-day HR files, update policies, and create templates and templates to ensure consistent application of practices and compliance with the collective agreement.
