- Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
- Support organization and completion of recreational activities
- Monitor and report residents' health and well-being
- Maintain a secure and caring environment for residents
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other health professionals Requirements:
- Active registration with CLHA as a Health Care Aide
- Completion of Health Care Aide Certificate within 18 months
- Experience in Long Term Care settings
- Strong English speaking and documentation skills
