NEPH is seeking a Family Home Visitor to educate and support families in the Healthy Babies Healthy Children program and other Health Families initiatives. You will collaborate with the Public Health Nurse and program manager to deliver care with flexibility and professionalism.
The role requires a college diploma in child development or early childhood education, robust communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.
