Aon in Montreal is seeking a Client Success Specialist to support our Commercial Risk clients. You will resolve basic inquiries, help with renewals and invoices, and collaborate with sales and broking teams to deliver accurate outputs.
Bilingual French and English is required; you should have 6+ months in insurance, solid attention to detail, and excellent communication and customer service skills. MS Office proficiency is expected. AMF license is preferred and CAIB/CIP progress is valued.
