Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all touchpoints
• Maintain solid knowledge of Mazda vehicles and offers
• Manage customer inquiries and vehicle delivery updates
• Attend dealer-specified training sessions

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• OMVIC Certification mandatory
• 2-5 years of automotive sales experience preferred
• Valid Ontario Driver's License needed
• Dealer CRM system experience required
