This position involves coordinating room attendants, supervisors, and housekeeping staff, ensuring peak performance and service quality. You will conduct inspections, manage guest complaints, and support training initiatives for a seamless operation. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily cleaning services in guest rooms and public areas
- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff effectively
- Conduct inspections for cleanliness and safety standards
- Provide support during emergency situations as needed
- Train, coach, and motivate team members consistently Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in hotel housekeeping
- Hospitality-related post-secondary education is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant systems
