- Serve as first contact for Retail Canada HR inquiries
- Support performance management and employee development
- Manage parental leaves and return-to-work plans
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. employment legislation
