The role supports HR and Health Safety & Environmental functions, reporting to the General Manager and partnering with the Director of Human Resources and Corporate HR. You will handle recruitment, training, perks inquiries, policy adherence, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Employment Standards, Human Rights, and OH&S; regulations.
